Q:Are gift tickets available?
A:
  • Yes! Gift certificates are now available either at the concession stand or by sending your request to info@star-vu.com.



Q:Are group tickets available?
A:
  • Discounted tickets are available for groups of 25 or more. For details please email info@star-vu.com.


Q:Are you open every day, and at what time?
A:
  • Star-Vu nights of operation vary seasonally. See www.star-vu.com/now.showing for showtime details.
  • Showtimes vary according to movie length and time of sunset. The gate for the first show opens one hour before showtime.



Q:Do you have food and drink options?
A:
  • The Star-Vu Snack Shack offers popcorn, candy, churros, pretzels, and bottled soda and water and is open until 30 minutes after the second feature begins.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed on the premises.
  • No cooking, grilling, or food preparation allowed.
  • No alcoholic beverages allowed.



Q:How are cars parked and are their any rules about what we can and can't do around our car?
A:
  • Large vehicles and vehicles with a roof height of 6 ft. or more must park in the back rows. (Roof height includes racks and other attachments.) Check with parking staff.
  • No sitting on car roofs, bumpers, hoods or tailgates.
  • Chairs are permitted directly in front of car or in truck bed.
  • Headlights, parking lights, and interior lights must remain off during the movie. No exceptions.
  • Lift-gates, hatches & doors may not be raised higher than the roof line.
  • Do not leave your car engine running.
  • Use ONLY your parking lights when entering the theatre or if leaving before the movie is over.
  • Attendants have final authority of where you may park.



Q:How do I find out about job opportunities at Star-Vu?
A:

Q:How do I listen to the movie?
A:
  • Sound is transmitted through your vehicle’s FM radio.
  • A portable radio may also be used to listen to the film.



Q:What are the general rules and regulations?
A:
  • Do not exceed 3 mph when driving inside the theatre.
  • No sitting on car roofs, bumpers, hoods or tailgates.
  • Chairs are permitted directly in front of car or in truck bed.
  • Do not raise voices, radios, or make noises that may disturb other patrons.
  • Footwear must be worn while walking on the lot.
  • No running! Please escort your children when walking to and from rest rooms, concession stands, etc.
  • Laser pointers are forbidden anywhere in the theatre!
  • Obscene language, profanity or other inappropriate behavior will result in ejection from theatre.
  • If a problem exists, do not sound your horn. Notify an attendant or someone in the concession stand.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • Please use trash-cans. No littering.
  • No outside food or beverages allowed on the premises.
  • No cooking, grilling, or food preparation allowed.
  • No alcoholic beverages allowed.
  • Retain your ticket stubs. Do not discard.

A:
  • General Admission: $8.50 / per person
  • Senior (60+) and Active Military: $7.50 / per person
  • Children 5 - 12 years old: $5 / per person
  • Children 4+ under: Free!



Q:What are ticketing details?
A:
  • Tickets are available in advance online at http://www.star-vu.com/tickets.online
  • You are assured entrance with an online ticket purchase, but actual parking spots in the theatre are on a first come, first served basis.
  • You may purchase tickets for more than one car online, but all of the vehicles must arrive at the gate together.
  • If you do not have your confirmation or receipt, the credit card used to purchase the tickets may be used to retrieve them.
  • When not sold out in advance, tickets are available at the gate at showtime.



Q:What is your rain policy?
A:
  • Showtime cancellations due to rain, extreme wind, etc. are posted on the website as soon as the showtime is cancelled.
  • If you already have purchased tickets online, you may use that ticket for another showtime of the same movie later in the week, or request a refund by emailing: info@star-vu.com or calling 949-296-7002. Please bring your ticket confirmation to the theatre.
  • Refund requests for cancelled shows must be made within 5 days of the show.
